Chess Rules of Thumb
I will try to do one a month. I have been working very hard on chess issues for the last few months. I was in deep preparations for the Kasparov vs. X3D match. I launched the Chess Reporter web site. I have addressed issues with the reunification and penned the 2003 Hillsborough Protocol. Now if there is nothing else, I want to take a few days off and enjoy the holidays. I want to wish all my chess friends a happy safe holiday.
